Nóng Jiā Shí Táng はるな

The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice, and the staff were friendly and easy to communicate with, leaving a good impression. I ordered the seafood ramen and grilled chicken bowl. The seafood was delicious, and the green onions and pickles in the grilled chicken bowl were tasty. The vegetables were also delicious, so I plan on ordering dishes with more vegetables next time.

I ordered the katsu curry and warm tempura soba. The flavor was just to my liking, with a hint of sweetness at first followed by a strong spiciness. The tempura was crispy and delicious. Although I just stopped by this restaurant while on a trip, I was very satisfied with my meal.

I visited this farm restaurant during a business trip to Kita Sanriku! I had the Haruna noodle miso, which is a miso tanmen made with local vegetables. However, this Haruna noodle miso is the most beautiful miso ramen I have ever tasted, and I have been a ramen connoisseur for over 15 years. I had it in February 2016, but before and since then, I have not encountered such a beautiful miso ramen. I want to say to the people at the restaurant, "You are doing a great job!"
