Feedback gevenI stopped by because I heard there was a vending machine. I bought two 100g each of tonkatsu steak and pork loin for 1,100 yen, and 12 pieces of gyoza for 600 yen. It was very delicious. I would like to dine in the restaurant next time. It seems like they are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Just like Hikomatsu in Sapporo, it was incredibly delicious! Finally got to try the ultimate ginger pork! You might want to get the large serving of rice!
I ordered the meat dish from the special cut set meal that came with the combination salt ramen of Hikoma pork and Hinai-jidori chicken as a side dish of half rice. Both were delicious, so it might have been better to enjoy them separately. The meat, in particular, was enhanced by the fruity sauce, and it made me want to have it with a hearty portion of rice instead of just half.
ひこま豚と言うのがどれほどの豚肉なのかわかりませんがトンカツ定食頼みました。 価格としては上位ランクでロースとバラの2種類出てきました。 価格は1200円 バラよりロースの方が美味しく感じました。 他のメニューは中身より容器が大きくてビックリ店内にはいろんな部位の生肉が売られ その部位を好きな量だけ切り分けて焼いてもらえるサービスもある。 また、テイクアウトではコロッケとか人気ですね。 札幌にもあるようです。
ここでしか食べれない豚肉がある そうひこまぶた 脂身が甘く噛めば噛むほど旨味が出てきて迸る肉汁で口の中が大洪水! そして米もうまい! 何気に食後のサービスコーヒー セルフ が嬉しいんだよね ´ω`
