Feedback gevenIzumo Soba is a famous restaurant for both Izumo Soba and Oku Izumo Soba, and many people from outside the prefecture visit this place. Today, because it was cold, I had the Kamaage Soba, which came with soba noodles in a hot broth with sweet red bean paste and pickles on the side. The texture, aroma, and broth complemented each other perfectly, and I was very satisfied. The "Soba-yu coffee" that was served as a service was also very delicious. The service and hospitality make me want to come back to this restaurant again tomorrow.
In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, hand sanitization and temperature checks are conducted at this restaurant. I tried the zaru yamaimo soba and agen soba kaki, with the soba noodles on the firmer side and topped with green onions and grated daikon. Although it wasn't wasabi, I still found it delicious. After the meal, we were served soba-yu coffee, which was a first for me but surprisingly tasty with the aroma of soba noodles.
I felt that they were making efforts to provide faster service and speed up turnover by not handling side dishes that take a long time like tempura. I ordered zaru soba and was impressed by the texture and smoothness. The soba broth was a less sweet type, and instead of wasabi, it came with grated daikon radish. The parking lot had a decent number of spaces, but there was no shaded area, so waiting outside was hot and tough.
田園の中にあるお蕎麦屋さん、地元の農家の方も軽トラで訪れる人気店です 今回は蕎麦の食べ歩きで雲南へ来たので、比較の為、割子そばにします 割子は3枚(870円)で、餡入りそばがきと漬物が付いています、蕎麦は不揃いで見た目は余り良くないけど、一口食すと美味しい、そばの香り高く、ツユとの相性も良い、歯応えも良い、十割かなと思ったが、十割そばは土日の限定だそうなので二八だろうか また付いてくる自家製らしき瓜の漬物と沢庵がまた美味い、これだけで酒飲めそうだが、車なので断念 何故か店内には、エグザイルのhiroさんから送られたジャージが飾られてある、何故?と伺うと、ここの蕎麦に感銘を受けたhiroさんが、LDHの社員をここで半年修行させたので、そのお礼に貰ったものだそう その後、中目黒にLDHが蕎麦居酒屋をオープンさせましたが、コロナで閉店したみたいです、結構ガチで飲食店を運営してるんだな
手打ちそばの人気店 コスパ良く接客も良い 蕎麦定食は炊きおこわ 平日のみで土日祝は白米だが仁多米でこれも美味しい や蕎麦でできたミニデザートもついてお得感… エグザイルのヒロが蕎麦打ちを習いに来たこともあり以前は戴いたジャージや傘下グループの写真なんかも飾られていた今は見ないかな? そんなことは関係なく 美味しい蕎麦屋としてオススメできる味 駐車場と そこまでの道が狭めなのが1つ減かな
