The baristas are so sweet and friendly and FAST its impressive how fast they can knock out two big lines of cars.

Shelton location: the staff here are amazing! They do a great job and their Italian sodas are the biggest that I know of. Love stopping in here for a huge cold drink on a scorcher of a day.

The only reason I'm giving a 3 star is because I've had there coffee in the past and it is good coffee. The reason I'm doing a review today is because I stopped by today around 330 and waited for almost 20 minutes and ended up leaving angry and with no coffee. There were three girls working in the store and only one was working with customer. One of them looked like a Manger and the other I'm assuming is the girl who was supposed to be working my window. First 5-10 minutes was waiting behind another car (probably because the girl was ignoring her too) and the rest was me waiting to be helped and not being acknowledged in the slightest. No one said hi, no one told me it'd be a minute because they had something going on. I'd understand if they said hi and let me know it'd be a minute even if it was just for clean up,but I wasn't even given that curtiosy. I work customer service and if I treated customers that way I'd be fired that day. At minimum she needs to be taught how to properly treat customers or she shouldn't be working a customer service job.

Last two times I 've gone here, the drinks have been bad. I thought it might 've just been new employees, so I waited a few months to try again. Today, I got a still-frozen banana bread and my coffee was made with spoiled milk. And I have to wait for an area manager to get a refund.
