While we stroll around the buzzy adelaide on a Friday night, we were tempted by the scent of some delicious cooking over hot coals. the street kellner at “Kaffana” invited us to dine and we have! sumptuously! as a Serbian food....that meant perfectly cooked spits. pork, garnel, bark meat short ribs, vigilant. the pate for the starter was very well connected with a glass pickled vegetables. delicious brot. attentive service from our waiter and delicious weeping at affordable prices. if this all, as usual serbs usually eat, then their kitchen deserves better advertising. see what they think! prost!

Be Serbian I was quite excited to try this and I was pretty happy with it. nothing like a good sarma. great location and friendly staff. you give up in a family business and it's worth the money for what they're doing. not too sure where all the terrible reviews come from. if they have problems in a restaurant, they talk to someone there instead of a keyboard warrior on tripadvisor.

It feels like a long time as I enjoy this style of food-serbian bbq, a meat lover sky. reminds me of decades ago, including the lively joyful live music when there were several wonderful bbq places in adelaide hindley street, the similar...big eating, friendly welcome and attentive service. my daughter and I decided for the moment. First we thought it was a little expensive, but the quality of the food, generous served and great service meant that it was overall good. we enjoyed carving and waking for escape. both delicious, as well as our main dish meat plate, perfectly cooked. the ribs were particularly good. this together with a beautiful bottle grenache and a common baklava made for dessert for a beautiful evening. thanks kaffana.

We attended a birtrhday dinner. It specialises on Serbian BBQ meats chicken on skewers, ribs, and I had a delicous goulash with short noodles. Larger platters of meat for 2 or more are available Side dishess of coleslaw and potatoe salad. Friendly observant waiters....BYO $20 corkage. Nice upsatirs roof top area bar good for pre-dinner drinks.
