B 612 - Ajaccio

Eating was much better what I actually expected. really nicer place if you want to eat Japanese.

We were surprised to see a Japanese restaurant on the charles de Gaulle square in the center of ajaccio. Although some of the articles used on their extensive menu are unknown names, it was not hard for us to choose our favorite dishes as we do. know the kitchen well. I ordered chirashi, ten pieces cut raw fish including tuna and salmon, serve on a bed of vinaiigrette rice. my gast had the makislim, six Maki rolls in rice paper, served with spring rolls on the side. for under $20 you can get a beautiful bottle of red or white wine to go perfectly with the meal.

Arrivati al b612.Clima tranquillo e accogliente,peccato che per l'ordinazione abbiamo dovuto aspettare venti minuti..dopo l'ordinazione l'attesa si è fatta pesante ma finalmente dopo mezz'ora arriva da mangiare..sushi mediocre,tonno scottato e decongelato ma ne siamo usciti non troppo soddisfatti.Pensavamo meglio vi consigliamo altro.

Un dîner non prévu, une envie de sushis et autre maki ou brochette, Nous voila arriver au B612 à Ajaccio cacher derrière des plantes au coin de la Place du diamant, mais quel surprise ce calme alors que cela grouille de monde partout ailleurs et tout était bon vraiment pas déçu le budget un Peut haut mais Quand c'est bon on oubli le budget finalement j'y retournerai volontiers

Une façon differente de présenter des sushis, déco trés originale et terrasse agréable.Service un peu long...
