Mcdonald's - Alabaster

I placed a mobile order for a cheeseburger, medium fries, a medium drink, and a crispy chicken sandwich. My husband enjoyed his cheeseburger and fries, but my chicken sandwich was disappointing – it was dry, burnt, and charred. The buns were also burnt!

I can't believe that you can't speak English and yet get upset because you messed up my order. I asked for a hot McCafe item, and the young male cashier clarified my order three times before telling the older male employee that my request was for a hot McCafe. However, the older worker got my order wrong. When I inquired about it, he admitted that he had heard the younger cashier say the correct order, but he chose to make it the way he wanted instead. I don’t like to argue with people who struggle with communication, so I simply accepted what was made and went on to my class.

I've been wanting to write this review for a while, and today I had to go back through the line yet again for something I paid for. I've never received everything I ordered from this location. It's the closest McDonald's to me, so I come here fairly often unless I want to drive far for a squashed burger. The staff always seem to have an attitude and often struggle to fulfill an order. To make matters worse, they somehow managed to overcook my chicken while still serving it cold and mushy. Even by McDonald's standards, this place is disappointing.

This location I would describe as bootlegged . I read on the receipt that it is privately owned or something like that, yet they give you the information to complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey. Every time I complete one and try to redeem it for afree item, I am told that they can 't find my code number for completing it on MCDONALD 'S website. Seems to be a counterfeit location. Location is the only reason I visit near work and Credit Union.

This is the best McDonald's in town. The service is good, the employees are super friendly and the food is always right!
