Papa Johns Pizza - Alabaster

The pizza at this Papa John's is consistently tasty, but unfortunately, none of the staff, including the manager, seem to have received any customer service training.

Delicious pizza and excellent service! I highly recommend it.

I called to place an order, and after 40 minutes, I called back to check on its status. The manager disputed the time I had recorded on my phone, claiming it would take another 20 minutes. Frustrated, we decided to cancel the order. I felt that the manager's behavior was unprofessional.

Order delivery and missing items. Did not care poor customer service

This is the 3rd time I have ordered a barbecue pineapple pizza with extra pineapple to have at least 3 pieces of the pizza not have any pineapple at all. I brought this to the manager 's attention and he said that is extra pineapple and I asked him ifthat 's extra pineapple why is it that 3 slices have no pineapple at all? I showed him the slices and said that 's how we do extrapineapple. He then said since I came into his store with a bad attitude that he 'll fix my pizza. So I politely told him that Iwould speak to the owner and I left HIS store.
