Feedback gevenThe staff was friendly, I ordered on the app. I was a little late picking up my order.. it wasn't ready when I got there. I waited less than 10 minutes for my order. While I waited, I brushed up against their drink area and stuck to it.. it was so sticky my clothes were sticky.As I waited I noticed how dirty the kitchen area was (what I could see of it), not what I expected from a Fire House Subs... not sure I'll eat there again. I have managed restaurants for years, it was after 2:00 that restaurant should have already recovered from the lunch rush.My sandwich was good!
This is a fantastic spot! The customer service was exceptionally friendly, and the bathroom was impressively clean. Highly recommend!
The medium Hook and Ladder fully involved on wheat is always satisfying!
The restaurant is very clean and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, and the food was enjoyable. My sandwich was a bit cool in the middle, but overall, it was a good experience. The staff were friendly and attentive.
As much as our family enjoys Firehouse Subs, I strongly do NOT recommend this location. So far, we’ve been waiting for 45 minutes without receiving any food, an apology for the delay, or even an offer of drinks or dessert for our long wait! This is absurd. When we finally got our food, the Hook and Ladder sandwich, which was cut in half, had only lettuce and onions on one half—NO MEAT, CHEESE, or tomatoes! I did NOT order an onion-only sandwich, folks! Thankfully, our other sandwich was good and contained all the listed ingredients. The mac and cheese was hot and tasty, but the chili was served COLD—like it had just come out of the refrigerator. This is completely unacceptable as it poses a health risk to customers. The Health Department needs to conduct an inspection here immediately; the staff working between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM clearly needs more training. I witnessed several people walk out; one man, who had placed an online order, was told it wasn't ready due to being busy, so he decided to leave without his food. Where is the management? As a former General Manager of a sub shop, I cannot understand how it takes so long just to assemble a sandwich and pour chili into a bowl. As a current manager in healthcare, I urge you to pay attention to food temperatures; we don't want to make our community sick.
