Kami Sushi Teriyaki In Aldergrove

I feel like I have discovered a hidden gem. A small place but comfortable enough. I tend to visit at off hours so I don't know what happens when they are busy but I found the service to be friendly and my food arrived in fairly short order. On my first visit, I tried their Teriyaki Beef and Tempura special. The tempura was hot and crispy. The prawn was not overcooked, retaining a bit of it's snap. The sweet potato was a slightly thicker than I am used to but it worked perfectly that way. The teriyaki was very tasty and came with a side salad with a great sesame dressing! On my next visit, I tested their sushi abilities and they are very good. I had the Spicy Combo and ordered 1 piece of Tamago Nigiri and 2 pieces of Tobiko Nigiri. I thought that the rice was nicely prepared, the salmon was firm and tasty and I loved the generous amount of the fish roe. Oh, and I am not a novelty roll guy but they gave me a piece of deep fried California roll to try! Very Good! I did not realize that these folks have been in this location for 15 years! I recommend it highly.

Quick and good sushi! They already have a fridge of premade sushi ready to go if your in a rush but even if you order they make your food fast.

We love this place. The staff is super friendly and the food is great. We try to stop in whenever we drive through Aldergrove, not very iften but well worth it !

This place has never disappointed, I'm not a sushi person, but everything else is delicious. I usually go for the chicken teriyaki in some form, or the ramen. The rice is always perfect. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

The best freshest sushi all other menu items are fantastic and fresh fantastic owners have been coming here since it opened the only sushi man for me
