Sam Woo Barbeque - Alhambra

Food has improved in quality and taste but service can stand improvement.

We are not from around here but my father and I will make an effort to come to this Sam Woo BBQ restaurant once a month. If you come before 11:30am, they have great deals on early luncheon menu. Highly recommend this establishment because the food is so inexpensive and delicious! Fact is, it's much cheaper than going to MacDs!

The duck is delicious, curry beef, crispy noodle with chicken and bokchoy, young chow fried rice.

We just discovered their Kung Pau Chicken is excellent! (2nd night in a row) I also like their crispy egg noodles with the seafood mix (not sure what they call it). The restaurant is easy to miss due to a small store front. But it's just past the traffic light going east on Valley Blvd.

The barbecue pork and the soy sauce chicken are the best but unfortunately I did not order the roasted duck so I do not know how it tastes.
