Highway 108 Lumberjack Cafe - Altamont

A fantastic spot for enjoying homemade meals at reasonable prices. The friendly staff makes you feel welcomed and appreciated.

I had lunch yesterday, and it was absolutely delicious—I ended up having two plates! The marinated chicken was served on a bed of rice, accompanied by steamed veggies and garlic bread. I also enjoyed two Dr Peppers, all for under $20. It was some really fantastic cooking!

I enjoy visiting this restaurant, especially because of the lovely waitress named Jessica who works there. It's also conveniently located near where I'm staying. However, I think the prices are a bit steep for the small portion sizes. Two bacon burger lunches and two drinks shouldn’t cost $26.
