Checkers - Altamonte Springs

I smell another restaurant that cuts people from their McFlurry. Every time I order dinner at night, I order the caramel cheesecake ice cream thing online and they say they are out of ice when I get there. Somewhere I order online it won?t let you order it when they are out. Why would that be different?

Worst Checkers Ever!!! The staff is rude and sticky. Apparently at ?shift change? they don't take orders and prefer to wait on the parking lot 20-30 minutes while they get together. While her staff is standing outside to smoke and talk to friends. This facility must be shut down or it must be a revision in personnel and training on customer service. I will never return to these checkers? I don't pay for bad service. It's not worth it. Terrible experience. Don't waste your time.

I appreciate you coming out, I went to my lunch break to get a little quick. I love the voice-controlled ordering process, but if you order sluts or ice, it is not correct and does not tell you that it is out and twice now I had to correct it and switch to something else and never the cost difference in both places where I go back. They forgot our second **** and asked me to drive to the other pick-up window and sat down like 8 minutes for a partially melted drink. The burger was not the freshest and the salad and the tomatoes made my bungalow soggy when I ate 10 minutes later. The pommes were fresh and hot and the worker apologized for our waiting, but I think it's ridiculous to go back to the line and have soggy and melted food while I wait on a ****. They are 4 dollars per and for the cost should be in isolated polyfoam cups and ice should be cold and fresh every time.

First ordered a checker Burger meal, was said to go to other side. He waited 15 minutes. 2. Get order thinking, I had fresh fries. They blamed me for two burgers who had to waste 1 of them. My burger was the most beautiful cold hamburgers and the fries lubricated as if they were sitting there for 3 days. I live a few minutes from there to make the food hot. I'll never buy from the checkers again. Even Krystale would have been much better.

If I could rate it 0 I would. Horrible service. Wildly rude women. I ordered online ahead and still waited outside the building for 20 minutes without being acknowledged. I had to walk in between cars to the drive thru window to speak to the lady. I ordered ahead for convenience of picking up my food and leaving. They had me standing in the sun for like 25 minutes. So incredibly rude. Will never patronize this chain again.
