Denny's - Altamonte Springs

Waited over 1 hour for my order, gothime and they didnt give me the whole order!!!! Worst service ever!

Everything was good and tasty, except the breakfast sandwich was drowning in butter and adding cheese was too much. Also it didnt look nor taste like Swiss cheese.

HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. Not only did they mess up my order once but TWICE. They brought something that was way off what I ordered. All I asked for was the bacon avocado cheeseburger with no pickle or tomato. He came out with a vegetable sandwich. By the time I got the “correct item”, which was still made incorrectly, my family was done eating. At that point, give me my food to go. When the host said he’ll take off my order from the check, he said he couldn’t without a manager which there was NONE.The rest of the food ordered? GARBAGE. The pancakes were rock solid. The salmon was extremely salty. The toast was not even toasted. Horrible experience as a tourist. Now I understand why the parking lot was empty. OH! AND THERE IS NO AC!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The absolute worst place to eat! Went there last night. Understaffed, the restaurant smells like sewage,mold. It was the only place open otherwise we would have left immediately. The first three tables our waiter brought us to were filthy. Yet there were only two other parties in the restaurant. The cooks were preoccupied with smoke brakes probably why it took them over 45 min to bring our food out. The mashed potatoes they put on my plate were so soggy watery I couldn't eat. It was beyond gross. I couldn't eat any of my food. We had to flag our waiter down to be able to pay after waiting 10 min up front. I told him his service was horrible and the food wasn't even edible. He said oh sorry I'll have to tell my cooks to make sure things are fresh.... Smh! We left and within a hour me and my bf were sick as a dog all night. Beware! Zero stars.

There is no ac so it was uncomfortable to be in there eating. The service was great, I think the waiter was Marcus and another lady who brought me my coffee. The front and back of house teams seemed to work well together, honestly best service I've ever seen at a dennys. The bananas were not good so had to change my order on the fly. The coffee was good and so was the food. Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for it being so hot inside. The cleanliness of the lobby was needing attention. Overhead table lamps are very dusty.
