Mcdonald's - Ann Arbor

We attempted to use the kiosk at the McDonald's on Zeeb Street, but it only allowed for to-go orders. When we inquired at the front counter, we were told that the dining area was not available for use, even though it was only 7 PM on a Monday night. Disappointed, we decided to go to Culver's down the street where we were welcomed until 10 PM. Needless to say, we will not be returning to the McDonald's on Zeeb Street.

This McDonald's in Ann Arbor is one of the few in the area that still prioritizes fast service. They prioritize quality, ensuring that their food is not left sitting under warming lights for extended periods of time. Despite having to travel a bit to get here, the time saved by their quick service makes it worth it.

The restaurant is clean and modern, with numerous self-service kiosks. Other than that, it is your typical McDonald's. The food was hot, as anticipated.

Actually had their lobby open, the place was clean, fast, quite efficient, even though the significantly lost new guy who worked the register was easy. not wanted to be there. hard to expect a good work ethnically from gen z arbeiter atm, if all they want it Chi-Tok stars and famous for worthless clout. as well as eating again and again it was mcdonald's departure and it was good enough for what I paid.

Longest wait times ever. Literally spent 15 minutes in line one day and almost 20 the next. Line just not moving and no one directing large orders to pull to the side.
