Panera Bread - Ann Arbor

What a terrible experience. I was over and took a warm bowl for my wife. we got this meal 5 or 6 times on the panera bread in the whole city. the same command, the same price. a third less food. 3 bite-size chicken. 4 bites of broccoli. that was it. oh, I could add. while they made the meal, they were much stronger with one of their workers who made their little dance behind the theke. when we wanted to complain, the manager did not offer any help, no compensation, nothing. I listened to her talking to my wife. it was sad, not our problem. I drove to the other panera bread on ironhower. full meal. faster service. we will not use this panera bread again.

Mmmm there are chipper cookies are so good, but over price there pick two it is worth even though too expensive not properly cold at arrival roughly ordered an Avacado melted cheese was not melted also the meat was spun off, even half warm, not completely boiled very disappointed it will go elsewhere if this continues to be used to love this position, they had the best m and m-cookies but others will be necessary

Previously was a nice place small staff effort by kovid probably did not help. the place is pretty dirty. edible and very dirty floors stacked. the beverage fountain area is only a constant sticky chaos and all the straw and lid under the machines are coarse. Splash City. vacuum is usually provided on the floor in the middle use on a table propped, since the staff has no time to finish a clean one. the staff is very nice and helpful, but thin. eating is good, but in pastness better. the overall feeling of eating here is like eating in the family playroom at a mcdonalds. sticky, dirty and unquestionably clean in important portions in the dining area as coffee and drink fountains. the only reason why it gets three stars and is no less because the staff makes their best with what they do.

No great place for sandwiches. on a previous order they have a question wrong. Today they served me a burned avocado, protein spinat sandwich that had hardly avocado. it lasted two bites and could not finish by the bitter taste. at further inspection they looked like they had scraped a part of the burned surface. Why didn't they just torture me another one? I had even tipped for this 6.29 sandwich. how to throw money in the garbage. was in a hurry to work so got some mcdonald’s instead so I don’t start my layer hungry. I never buy sandwiches or bagels again. who has time for it?

Ok, I've been to Panera multiple times, AZ and MI. Most recently had great service and food quality in Okemos Lansing and Brighton. On my way home from work decided to go to the location in Ann Arbor. I ordered from my app online, I've had no problems with it in the past. I ordered one ciabatta bacon, egg, cheese sandwich and one spinach, egg white, cheese, avocado sandwich. I ordered them with extra egg, extra cheese, extra bacon and extra avocado. What I got (for $22.28!!! was one egg bacon ciabatta bread sandwich (no cheese, and definitely NOT extra egg or extra bacon!! , one extra egg, extra bacon but NO cheese sandwich (I only ordered one, still NO cheese anywhere!! and the spinach, tomato, egg white, avocado, cheese sandwich had regular amount of avocado, no EXTRA avocado!! Wtf? I think I've had enough of Panera breakfast. I'm done. This place is awful. Not accurate at all
