Ordered a PaPa Burger and side of the onion rings and asked for BQ sauce. The PaPa Burger did not have the usual sauce, no tomatoes and a few salad pieces and very small onions and the worst of all just a pimple. Could have gone to McDonalds for 1/2 the price. And no BQ sauce for the onion rings. Usually the PaPa Burger is great, but this time not.

The food was boiled over, the pommes had a ton of salt, received a very thin napkin with a chili cheese dog that licked out of the microwave by excessive heat. Eating had time/temperature abuse. I won't return to this place. I have not been taken seriously

The food was dried. Also ordered a chili dog that was super heated. Server seemed foolish to play a just laid a thin napkin in a bag with two orders, Pommes had excessive salt on them. Probably because I asked Pommes without salt. I was so disappointed. The food was terrible I wish I never visited this place.

He ordered a Papaburger and a spicy Papaburger. At no point was the tomatoes mentioned. I don't have to be sharp on a regular basis. Seriously, no two items can order correctly. You should be ashamed

Their quality has improved since the last time I came here. It used to be not worth coming and I didn't for a long time. Now I am happy to say its finally worth going back every once in a while for a craving.
