Central - Apollo

The food was quite good and fresh. I ordered a tuna hoagie, and all the ingredients were fresh and tasted just as I expected. The entire restaurant was impeccably clean, and I appreciated that the bar is separate from the main dining area. As you walk through the dividing area, you can catch a glimpse of the kitchen, which also looked incredibly organized and spotless. This place is truly one of Apollo's hidden gems, and I highly recommend paying them a visit. The only downside is that I wasn’t aware they only accept cash. They do have a notice posted on the door, but I missed it. Thankfully, they have an in-house ATM, and there's also an Apollo Bank with its own ATM just across the street. As for parking, there's ample on-street parking available right in front of Central, with very affordable meters at just 25 cents per hour, as well as additional parking in a nearby shopping plaza that's convenient and easy to walk to.

This is a fantastic restaurant! The food is served hot and is absolutely delicious. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The staff is friendly and polite, adding to the pleasant experience. Just a heads-up about parking: be sure to pay the meters!

You should definitely try the Tuna melt; it’s so generous that it practically spills over the edges of the bread!
