Louie's Bistro - Apopka

We hired Louie for our wedding a week before our special day during the Christmas holidays and he did not hesitate to give us a yes. He was so detailed and passionate to take care of us, with a reasonable cost and a variety of menus. Not only did he provide the great fresh food, but also servers that were very polite and profesional. It was really a stress-free moment to see how attentive and point they were. With so little time they did an incredible job and my guests loved it!

We made a tasting with chef Louie to find a catererer for our wedding. Chief Louie was very attentive. His service was amazing and the things he offers is endless! The food was amazing. We look forward to Louie's Bistro Catering to serve at our wedding. Thank you. Chef!

What can I say? It took a while to write a review after our wedding. There are no words to describe our experience, Louie surpassed by far our expectations. For beginners he prepared our A la carte dinner for our wedding reception with just one week in Christamas week!! The professionalism and label of Louie and his staff was much above average, he gave me a single stop and included everything I needed in just a very competitive price, plates, silver goods, servers, wedding cakes cut and serve, champagne bottles open and serve, etc. A tasting was not even necessary because the food tastes as good as it looks in the pictures. Every participant asked me where I found Louie, the dinner was with every fine restaurant. If you plan an event, take the rate of work and chance out of the way, Louie is surely the best catering service with the best food out there, all ready on site with its mobile kitchen. Louie's Bistro gave us such an amazing event. Louie offers a wide range of dishes and works with you on all your needs. We were stunned how amazingly delicious the food was at our event. If you are looking for a catererer for weddings, personal events, work events, birthday parties, I would highly recommend them. We had a spectacular experience everywhere.

Louie catered our wedding Oct 5,2019, we had 140 guests at our home and he and his staff set up appetizer stations plated dinners from the food truck and supplied a bartender. The service and the food was over the top amazing!! He did everything I asked even a few last minute changes were perfect. I get compliments on the food from everyone I talk to. I would highly recommend them!!!!
