Chick-a-dilly - Arcadia

The chicken is very good! The service is HORRIBLE!!! The people that work there are extremely rude. They don't greet you, they don't smile, and they act like it is a chore to do their job!!! They don't even bother to answer the phone if they are slightly busy and if they do happen to answer, they pick it up without saying a word and lay the phone on the counter and leave it there. I know this because it happened to me. I know they put it on the counter and left it because you could hear all of the people talking. I will never eat there again. That is very bad for business and completely unprofessional!!!! I am spreading the word about steering clear of this establishment!!!

Needs to open the inside back up and get some uniformity workers come to work looking any kind of way

Best chicken ever but cant call in an order because the number given is no longer in service. The chicken is worth the wait in line if you have the time. There is almost always a line around meal times. CASH ONLY!

The chicken here is fantastic, and I absolutely love the jalapeño poppers. Just a heads up, it's a cash-only establishment.

The service was quite rude, which is the only reason I didn't give a full five stars. However, the chicken was absolutely fantastic!
