Big Jake's Bbq - Ashdown

Found this bbq space on a curse from texas to oklahoma thru arkansas on us 59 we saw the sign bbq and pulled in. the drivers need bbq, as the bikes need gas. the aroma of cooking bbq was great, hope it tastes so good. the menu card checked and noticed that they had a stuffed kartoffel that we had not eaten long, so I would have made a deal with my gal pal, I would order one and she would get the pork. when we waited to order on a large rib plate with pinto-bean potato salad for them I ordered the loaded backkartoffel w/meat (chopped bark) and a side of fried okra, we shared an apricot roasted cake had a tee to drink. everyone was happy with what they ordered, we ate each other plate as usual, so I can say everything we ordered was good, maybe the okra could have been cooked a few minutes longer, but we ate it all. we will eat there again when we are in the opposite.
