Cava - Athens

Cava in Athens Georgia was the best experience I’ve ever had! The food and service was amazing and it’s definitely my new favorite place to go! Deedee was amazing and the rest of the crew was just as amazing! Also super clean, such a great experience!!!

First time coming to Cava, one of the places my daughter recommended. My daughter attends UGA, so we came here for dinner.

First off every door is locked. Which should have been a sign to leave and not come back. But if you get in they are out of everything. they’re out of ice. Every table is dirty, and all the employees are mean don’t go. Bathrooms are disgusting toilets are all broken. How can you even have a place like this?

I really like the food at Cava but I absolutely dread having to deal with the staff at this location. No customer service skills whatsoever! My first visit here we came in and no one greeted us we just stood there looking feeling stupid for about ten minutes before someone asked us what we wanted, we were just about to leave. It’s so uncomfortable! It’s like they don’t want you there at all. Last time we did a pick up order at the drive through window and the lady just stood there and stared me down. No greeting or anything. It’s not hard to greet customers. We haven’t done anything to deserve being treated like that. Anyways I’m not sure if we will go back here again which sucks because I like the food :
