I jumped up from the table and took the soup to the counter without even thinking to take a picture. The staff member suggested it might just be broccoli, but I managed to stay calm. She then went to get the manager, who offered an insincere apology and asked if I wanted a refund. I declined. This experience has ensured that I will never eat at Panera Bread again, anywhere. I can't believe this happened to me, and I’m still in disbelief.
Panera Bread is fantastic! I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. They offer delicious food and baked goods, all made fresh daily. I especially love their soups, salads, and sandwiches, among other offerings. Highly recommended!
I experienced extremely poor customer service at this restaurant. After waiting for 40 minutes, I realized I had been overlooked while people who arrived after me were being served. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was left waiting another 15 minutes for just half of a tuna sandwich. Frustrated, I requested a refund due to the terrible service, which turned out to be a difficult process. I was told to wait for the manager, who only approved half of the refund for my entire order. When I asked for a full refund, they claimed I couldn't get it because I had already taken a smoothie, even though that smoothie was still sitting at the register untouched. It's frustrating to be treated this way and then have to fight to get a full refund. The service was unacceptable, with staff members being rude. After having to wait for the manager again, I finally received my refund, but they offered no compensation for skipping my order or for the long wait and poor customer service. I even saw another customer facing a similar issue. My advice? Find another location. Thank you.
On 30 September at 6:30 am, I purchase a regular coffee for $2.91. I gave the cashier $3 but she could not give me change due to the drawers not being ready. She asked if I wanted my .09 cents. While the change was minimal, I wonder why bother opening at 6:30 am if you cannot conduct cash transactions.
I come here 4 times a week to study. I order a tomato soup bread bowl???? and a salad! never disappoints. Has many outlets and good outdoor seating.
