What a biscuit collection...! Everything about the flavor and texture of these breakfast beauties is perfection. Things you should know: I. LOCATION West side provisions there's a massive private parking lot out front that's free and easy to find. II. SERVICE We just went up to their service window and ordered. Easy. III. QUALITY To die for. The biscuit is buttery and melts in your mouth and the sauce/meat pairing is better than your standard modest buscuit ratio IV.CAPACITY There was a line at the service window on a Sunday morning before opening time... So you know it's good. But the wait was short

Needed a veggie fix last night but surprisingly (upon the recommendation of our awesome server, Marcus) the star of the show ended up being the chicken! The seasonal grilled peaches with pickled bamboo the summer tomatoes in basil buttermilk made me swoon but I won?t soon forget that chili-rubbed deliciousness drizzled with a tangy satsuma vinaigrette. Some of preparations can be a little heavy handed masking the beautiful flavors but overall another wonderful mealat Redbird with excellent service.

Super creative foods with amazing flavors. One of the most interesting restaurants we've been to in a few years. We kept ordering additional dishes, not because we were hungry, but because we wanted to try more flavors. The Spicy Fried-Rice with 6 minute egg was amazing. The squash crepe was very subtle but again many flavors. Even the Hummus which we thought would be basic, was the opposite. A wheat poori like bread was served along with a garlic chutney which complemented agreat Hummus. And the meat dishes were also super creative and they also have very decent burger. The cocktails and wines were also very tasty. Once they get awards this place will be hard to make a reservation at so experience them now.

Amazing food; I didn't eat one bite that I wasn't absolutely in love with. Great atmosphere. Excellent service. Get the chicken. Holy hell.

April was great! Totally took care of us. Loved all her cocktail and food recommendations. The Electric Feel, SOS and Sit Next to Me were excellent! Also, get the crispy fried mushrooms. You won't be disappointed.
