Anthem - Austin

Was not sure what to expect, but Anthem was a certain treatment. Blood orange margaritas stepped from the delicious night followed by the salty and smoky edamame (oily to design) Then the tofu appetizer had so much taste. We also had the noodle salad with tofu with dressing on the side. Clearly selected menu and a nice choice of Tex Asian options.

Excellent roasted cauliflower with the most amazing green goddess Dressing but the Hippie Tofu was to die for!

Was not looking to eat a whole meal here, so just got the cauliflower app. Could have used more sauce, but glad that they try so many vegan dishes! There is even a vegan hot dog on the menu, haha. Fun atmosphere!

This was the best option for vegan when staying at a nearby hotel for work. I went twice with colleagues, and was impressed each time. The decor is really cool, and the vegan options were nice. If you are keen for food on Rainey Street and/or want more than just a bar/bar food or a food truck, definitely go here. I had the vdog on one visit, and a sesame tofu dish the next time. It was good.
