I am in the regular a chocolate person, but the tarta de queso vasco was phenomenal it was more of a light blue cheese like taste vs sweet, but it paired well with the fresh berry compost it was with and our rioja wein. the service was fast, friendly and our server made great recommendations was so attentive. we will definitely be back soon and will use more the dos weinnacht, their weeping list was incredible.
My man and I went to dinner and looked forward to how we always wanted to try. we had no reservations, so we had the opportunity to sit in the bar or wait 1 hour, so we decided to sit at the bar that was not too bad. we ordered a couple of dings between us: 1. fried calamari that was good and they get the fresh of the seafood 2. paella seafoods the taste was a little off and we asked ourselves if it comes from the pan. I love paella especially what my man does, so I think I am probably very picky when it comes to paella so that this court definitiw was not my favorite. 3. Grilled Moroccan Lamb That Was Really Amazing. that was the best for me. I'm going back to eat this again. the service was pretty okay considering how busy they were. they were still attentive. the atmosphere itself was beautiful and while it was a bit loud, we could have a conversation.
While the menu at other tapas places might be more accessible and user-friendly? the average person and sharp protector for the price of a hospitable to other places, the attentive staff, beautiful presentation, wonderful drinks and tasteful dishes compensated for this small frustration. will come back!
Definitely worth a unique experience and an attempt. I wanted to try with friends. we had reservations as recommended and were sitting at the arrival. our server was great, she took the time to explain the whole process, as this was our first time here. we ordered and eating started to come very quickly. the food was well prepared and was usually very delicious. the wagyu meatballs were great, our favorite. worse were the muddles, so many were crispy with what I suspect is sand? the other negatiw was quite dark in the restaurant until I had to use the flashlight on my handy to see the menu. first I thought my eyes were just bad, then I looked around and saw several others do the same. when we were finished, the lights were finally erected! although it was on the expensive side, it was worth visiting to experience this style of eating.
Great food and service! The environment is a little bit too noisy for us. Squid ink paella is a must! Have the Mussels and add some bread for dipping the sauce, you will love it!
