Service was nonexistent while waitress stood visiting at length w/friends of hers at another table. Drink glasses empty w/o offer of refill.1st most assuredly last visit.
A little gem we recently discovered.Excellent, friendly service surprisingly good food for a fair price. Can get busy around lunchtime during the week.Cozy, diner feel while having a meal with the locals.
Amanda our waitress was adorable! The food was outstanding the service was excellent and our food came out quickly. The chicken fried steak was definitely homemade and not something from the freezer. Homemade mashed potatoes too! It's a bit hidden, but well worth going to.
We arrived at CJ's a little after 1:30, it is not as busy during this time. After viewing the menu, we decided to have a round of cheeseburgers. The meat was a perfect Medium-rare and the bun was toasted nicely. The homemade fries were delicious as well!
Becoming a frequent diner here. Food is good, place is clean and prices reasonable. Only drawback are hours and days of operation. I love late night dining on Saturday and Sundays and fortunately hours of business do not coincide with my schedule.
