We ordered and paid for the room. We took a walk before going to bed. We arrived at 24:10 and did not get to the hotel. We slept in the car in front of the hotel. I've never seen the worst service like this in my entire life. I don't recommend it for holidays. Service: 1

As it turned out, this place is good only in name, and then only with a stretch, but not in its quality and service. We encountered rudeness, careless attitude towards guests and complete absurdity. Moreover, the check-in of guests into hotel rooms is completely incorrect. Initially, they do not take documents, do not familiarize you with the rules of residence, and do not accept payment immediately as it should be. Be prepared for the fact that you may not be able to get into the hotel at all (although the guest should always have access to the exit and entrance, no matter what time of day). We encountered something we never expected. They may simply refuse you something to eat without explaining the reason for the refusal. Trying to resolve this conflict situation, we constantly come across employees who are incompetent in this matter and hear completely strange excuses, such as: There is no management, administrators are on vacation, etc., etc. It is very strange that there are no administrative staff who should deal with the objections of their guests. We do not recommend!!!
