Quick service but issues in drink orders. I ordered the chocolate mocha, and while my order came quick and fine, some other customers reported issues with their drink. Clean restrooms
I went to pick up my daughter's order, and they initially had only half of it ready. I waited for a long time, and when I finally put the first half of the order back on the counter, they realized that the drink was missing.
I spent around 30 minutes in the drive-thru waiting for an order we had already placed over the phone. There were five cars ahead of us.
This must be the worst Starbucks ever! I tried to order a drink in-store and they told me there was an hour wait. What a joke!
