Feedback gevenThe service at this restaurant was terrible. They made a mistake with my order and when I tried calling to address it, no one answered the phone. This was my first time ordering from them and I will never go back.
Incredible rude service. It was my first time ordering something through the mobile app and the worker in there acted like it was such a hassle to come talk to me and tell me where the pick up orders are. Fast food workers get paid way too well now to be acting that way.
When we entered the restaurant, all three front staff members were busy fulfilling online orders for at least 10 minutes before we decided to leave. The line extended out the door, and it was greatly frustrating to see how long it took them to prepare just one sandwich.
I had to wait an hour for my son's request, otherwise I would have left already. This is ridiculous, they need more staff!
