I had a really bad experience; no chairs available, poor ventilation, and dirty restrooms.
Just a bit of improvement needed on the counter part because they sometimes announce the wrong order on the number.
Instead of calling your order number, they tell you to watch the monitor to see if your number is being served, so if you are sitting far from behind the counter and the monitor you'll have to go back and forth from your seat to the counter several. In fairness, one of the crews assisted us after expressing our disappoinement. We hope that you will find a better ways.
Napabayaan Na This place is my hangout place wayback in college. But now after coming back to this store here are my observations 1. Malangaw, there is so many fly thats ruining dine in customers. I hope that the food sanitation and safety is controlled intact. 2. The floor is so greazy. Even in the morning or in the evening the floor is greazy. 3. One of the crew 's attitude is not polite he is rude. Mahirap mag judge pero ung parang bakla na mataray kung sumigaw sa mga customer dahil hindi agad na kapunta pag natawag ang number. 4. The comfort room is not clean and not well ventilated. 5. They are closing the second floor to save electricity and cleaning time although the firs floor is already crowded. 6. The glass wall were stained and dirty. 7. The parking boy always ask for coins, one time i gave 5 pesos and the parking boy is demanding 20 pesos for the parking. I hope the management will not allow the parking boy to be there and instead place 2 guards on duty so someone can assist the parking. 8. Aircondition needs maintenance.
