Staff were more concerned about texting on their phones with no eye contact and very poor manners. Given that normally I love KFC it's a total disgrace in Ballymena. I will never ever be back.
I always use the drive thru. Everytime they forget something. I have a large family so my order is always big. L cannot and should not have to check everything each time but there is always something missing. I rang them and told them to at least check the bags each time. I will not be back.
Ordered a bargain bucket and two portions of fries, chicken was burnt to a crisp, chips were soggy and cold, only nice thing was the garlic dip. NEVER AGAIN!!!
It had been a while since I last had KFC, as the quality of the food had been lacking. However, I decided to give it another try. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong yet again. I ordered the 6 piece family feast, but when I got home and opened the box, there were only 5 pieces of chicken inside. The food looked like it had been sitting out for hours under a heat lamp. I should have listened to my instincts and kept driving past when I saw it wasn't busy. This will be the last time they mess up my order!
I visited this restaurant on Saturday, November 27th around 5:45 PM. I wanted to mention the specific time in case this message reaches the staff who were working then. I was in the area to get my Covid booster, and even though I could have gone closer to home, I couldn't resist visiting this particular KFC. Once again, I was not disappointed. The food was great, as always, but what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Despite being very busy, with only two staff members handling front of house service, they remained calm and collected. One staff member, in particular, was enthusiastically discussing side order options with customers, even apologizing sincerely for the lack of gravy. They were more than just staff - they were super staff, almost like superheroes in their capes.
