Jack's - Bantry

After our boat tour we arrived at JACK. To make it short, that food is really good and was very tasty. All the dishes have been taken here. Especially the Seafood Chowder was the best I have eaten in Ireland. The service is difficult to describe. The owner himself has upset us so that we have abandoned the beverage order without a card. After that he came to the table almost in a minute and praised his today's specialties. When we were going to order, he just ran away in the middle of the order pick-up and robbed new guests. His wife then took over. The rest of the service personnel had everything under control, but had to be started here and there. Overall, the service was unique and intrusive but in a certain way somehow funny afterward. Due to the density of bars and restaurants we will continue to try and not repeat our visit to Jack for the first time.

What a beautiful place food great service very friendly. Lobster €35 each second to none and a great price . All local foods great.

The staff were very pleasant and obliging but we were very shocked at how the male owner spoke to his staff, extremely rude and condescending. It really took from the atmosphere as upsetting to see good employees being spoken so poorly to.

We had a lovely dinner last night in Jack's restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. I loved the Black sole!!
