De algehele sfeer wordt beïnvloed door lawaai en een soms onvriendelijke bediening. Er zijn klachten over de onduidelijkheid rond reserveringen en lange wachttijden voor gerechten. Hoewel sommige gasten genieten van de wijnselectie en goed gepresenteerde maaltijden, blijft de keuken inconsistent. Een aantal heeft zelfs besloten het restaurant verhit te verlaten voordat ze konden proeven van de gerechten. Het is duidelijk dat La Pignata ruimte voor verbetering moet vinden om aan de verwachtingen van zijn klanten te voldoen.
