Feedback gevenSimilar to my previous review at Apex Corner, this experience was pleasant but was marred by the presence of several children who were occupying seats without ordering anything. The food was good.
I have not had quite an abysmal service before, ever. I placed my order on the KFC app and their chosen delivery partner Deliveroo contacts me a minute before the delivery tracking to inform the driver had damaged my order and gave me an option for redelivery or a refund. I was hungry and chose a redelivery. After a further half an hour wait, I was called back by Deliveroo saying they were unable to resolve a redelivery and would give me a refund which would then take 5-10 days!!! Like really?!! I want lunch now and not in 5-10 days. Deliveroo and KFC are working on the notion that customers have alternate funds to re-order from them after their colossal failings. When I absolutely refused to accept this from Deliveroo, I was told to contact KFC and that there was nothing they could do. Woeful service, as the buck was being passed back to KFC to address with no concern or attempt to make their error right. Suffice to say, I will now not be ordering from KFC nor using Deliveroo in future.
Ordered a kfc for our tea , I’ve just finished 12 hour shift working for nhs , ordered a meal with off through Uber (1st time I’ve ordered used) delivery driver was great , order was wrong had a meal order missing , no one resolved this problem at all and no one responded back to me when I messsged them, finished 12 hour shift to have a bite to eat ,now ive got to cook Avoid ordering food from kfc in Grantham -cannot even read the receipt correctly , have phones kfc and says not there problem get in touch with Uber -all I need this hassle NOT !!!!
Today I went to KFC in Barnet and the service I received was terrible. My order was incorrect and I did not receive a refund. I had to leave the restaurant without my food, and the manager was extremely rude. I will never go back there again.
Disgusting service. Ordered dinner at 9pm when the restaurant is very quiet. Uber Eats site stated 20 minute delivery. Over 5 bikes came and went but none to me. Over an hour later we got cold, soggy, disgusting food, which one bite made us ill. We told Uber on the app as you cannot phone them. They replied to say nothing and that we couldn't reply. That's insane. I have tried calling various numbers and all fall short. Don't use KFC or Uber Eats as you'll only be ill. Its the worst service we've ever had.
