Subway - Barrington Passage

The staff was friendly and patient, although there was one girl who seemed inexperienced. She might have been new, but I didn't realize salads could be so complicated until this visit. Thankfully, one of the other employees stepped in to correct her when she didn’t use enough toppings, which I appreciated. Perhaps it would have been better if I had chosen something simpler from the menu. However, the ratio of the ingredients in the lower part of my salad was also off—who knows?

"Which part of this pandemic don't they understand? On Monday, December 28th, at 12:15, I noticed six young boys at the restaurant for lunch, all without masks. Even though I saw three more individuals without masks, I believe these boys are regulars from a local processing plant. No one from the staff, including the three young ladies working there, said anything about it. I wish I had addressed this issue at the time, but I plan to return and bring it up next time."

The restaurant does not honor the offers advertised on TV, radio, and online. We presented the staff with the valid offer, but they refused to acknowledge it and would not provide the foot-long sub for $12.
