Dunkin' - Bartlett

We have been going here for 10+ Years while on vacation. This year I placed drive thru order and when I got to window the wrong order was waiting and I told them it was wrong. The girl working inside was extremely rude and said nobody ordered what I toldher my order was, I then told her I have been ordering the same everyday and this is not even close and she told me I had noreason to have an attitude and walked away still saying insults in the back ground such as ?he?s lucky I?m feeling nice today?the gentleman at the window was nice and ultimately made my order right. As a result of the rude service I did not return the 5remaining days of our trip and gave our business to other local shops that served coffee.

This has to be one of the worst Dunkin Donuts locations I have ever been to. Tried ordering food at the drive thru, one person was slow and kept repeating the same item, another person came on and was quick and EXTREMELY RUDE. They yelled at my husband for asking for something they ran out of. We left without getting the order, I will starve before I give this location my business. Service: Take out

Monday, 9/25/23 10:30am: Wish I could give it a zero. Looks like the rest of the reviews covered it already, the guy working the drive through was extremely rude. He had a terrible attitude over the drive through speaker and when confronted about the way he spoke to me, he froze up and the female employee working with him decided to start arguing with me. After paying for my order I drove off and he scream F off out the drive through window, embarrassing. Clearly this Dunks doesn’t care about the employees they hire based on the amount of bad reviews due to this over the years.

Lately, I'm obsessed with their Maple Bacon croissant. At local locations, it comes out messy and rushed. Here, is where the Dunkin Gods must reside! The lines for drive-thru and walk-ins were ridiculously long, but they managed to move things along at a reasonable pace. When I finally got my order, the croissant was grilled just enough that certain sections were burnt just right, the bacon was perfectly maply and eggs were soft. I don't know how else to explain it, but this it the best made Maple Bacon Croissant I have ate yet! Even with all the crazy lines, they managed to put in the work, easily 5 stars!
