Frank's Pizza Of Bartonsville

I really love this restaurant! I always call ahead, and I've never had to wait. They're consistently prompt, and on top of that, the pizza is outstanding.

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was outstanding—very friendly and helpful staff. It truly exceeded our expectations. The food was superb; everything was delicious, with a variety of options that go beyond the typical pizza place, showcasing a full Italian restaurant menu. The prices were quite reasonable as well. We absolutely loved this place and would return any chance we get.

I waited an hour and a half for a salad, six ravioli, and a chicken sandwich, while the people around us were being served their pizzas left and right. The waiter only came by once to explain that they were busy and that our food would arrive soon. After a smoke break, our food still hadn't arrived! When it finally did, the crab ravioli was underwhelming, the salad looked like it was made by a child, and the chicken sandwich was lukewarm and appeared old. The bill was completely overpriced given the poor service and quality of the food. I will not be returning to this restaurant!

Always order their pizza and fried mushrooms. Very friendly service. Seems they've been under new ownership in recent months, but they're just as friendly and accommodating. Love this place!

First time here. Waitress (Ashley) is very experienced and friendly. I had the pizza, which was excellent. Family had chicken francese, salad and pasta. Salad was fresh and crisp. Chicken was perfectly prepared with just the right amount of lemon. The 1 star reviews are misleading and almost made me miss this restaurant. Overall five stars.
