Dunkin' - Bartow

I usually have mixed experiences at this restaurant, but today I received excellent service! My coffee was perfect and my food was delicious. I definitely plan on returning if the quality remains consistent.

Please stop tossing the donuts in the bag. The frosting gets stuck and you end up with a donut without any frosting. Other than that, everything is fine. The staff is friendly and the service is pretty fast.

This restaurant is a disaster. I couldn't place my order correctly. My sandwich only came with 4 pieces of bacon after I paid extra for more. The medium drink I ordered was also incorrectly served as a large. I do not recommend eating here.

This load is ridiculous store manager never there after 12 o'clock each day, commands how he feels like that. have they a lkw on Thursday is it Sunday and no decaf espresso? not to mention this business had never had the chocolate croissants and had not the midnight flavored coffee in months, but it is on the menu and app over the state. 3 store managers in 2 years. crew cannot read how they never get my order right. super friendly, but slower then melasse at his slowest day.

Every time I go to this specific location they never have anything I want and when I do decide to order something else they ALWAYS mess up my order!!I ordered a hummus and toast and it barely had any hummus on it very very dry!! My drink was over filled and poured it and my cup was sticky!! Smh by far the worst Dunkin Donuts I ever been to!!!
