The restaurant was clean, the food was delicious, and they offered some great deals.

I was charged $32 for just 12 pieces of chicken (including 6 legs) with no sides or biscuits. I was shocked by the price, so I looked it up online and discovered that the cashier had mistakenly charged me for a meal that included 12 pieces of chicken, 3 sides, and 6 biscuits. See the attached photo of the leftover chicken pieces.

Fries were old. Been under the light for a while. Nuggets were not fresh but were edible. Staff were excellent.

I placed an order through Drive thru. I went back inside to let them know that there was barely any mashed potatoes and it was mainly gravy. The gal in the front desk instead of looking a the bowl that I brought back inside just said “ Well you get 2 scoops of mashed potatoes, 3 scoops of gravy and 5 pieces of chicken” I understand what makes the order but it does not necessarily mean that is what was done especially if I am showing what the bowl looks like. At that moment I retrieved myself from having to explain myself further and walked away.
