Dunkin' - Batavia

This is our favorite spot! We visit all the time and love the convenience of the drive-thru. The owners make a special effort to ensure you leave with a smile. They remember us and always check in to see how we're doing. Plus, our orders are always accurate.

My father and our dog visit this place every Sunday morning. The staff always treats our dog to donut holes, which is such a nice gesture. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We always look forward to coming here and seeing the employees. You all are fantastic!

Shout to the employee who works in this store. I took a Uber and the food was not given to me. The employee ran from the store to the intersection of Wilson and Randall to give me the food.

I ordered an icy chai latte with pepper cream and honey, but he understood cinnamon. I'm glad he understood it wrong. It was sooooo good. Maybe. I'm gonna bury the honey from now on and get him as he did. My daughter's frozen hot chocolate was made as she likes it. It is always made with their order or miss. It's nice to have this situation a chance with the 2 stars it showed. Some people just comment when something is wrong. It's a risk we take when we give a place a shot. I'm glad I did.

I had a great experience here this morning! I went through the drive threw and ordered a Small iced caramel mocha and I’m not sure if the man taking my order was in a really good mood or what but he gave me a large for the same price. It really made my day, definitely coming back to this location in the future!
