Burger King - Bathurst

Absolutely the best burgers ?. Will always rather have McDonald's fries ?Parking: The parking lot is on a downhill slant with lots of pot holes.

However, when the restaurant made the same mistake again, this time management (presumably Atilla the Bun) was uncooperative. I tried to explain to the manager that they were closing early at 8 pm, despite the online hours showing 10 pm. The manager was confrontational and refused to acknowledge the discrepancy, claiming that the app was a third party issue. Despite my attempts to resolve the situation calmly, the manager's aggressive attitude made it clear that she was not interested in hearing my concerns. Rather than engage in a pointless argument, I decided to walk away. The manager's need to have the last word, even resorting to insulting language, demonstrated her lack of professionalism. This experience highlighted the need for better vetting of management at this Burger King location. During the spring of 2022, I also experienced issues with online orders that resulted in chaos, although I did ultimately receive a refund.

Come on people this is Burger King, if you are a fan try the chicken sandwiches

This fast food restaurant is definitely the cleanest I have visited in a long time. The staff were courteous and professional. My experience at 11am on a Sunday was very pleasant.

I visited the restaurant for lunch and waited 30 minutes at the counter. The kitchen and drive-through staff made significant errors and gave out two incorrect orders. The manager in charge of the drive-through made the mistake and then directed the entire staff to fix it. When many customers in line appeared anxious for their food, I spoke up in a non-confrontational manner, mentioning that the process was taking a long time. The manager did not take kindly to my comment and insisted that the delays were our fault. I don't understand how the mistakes made by the kitchen and drive-through could be blamed on us. As a result, I will be avoiding this Burger King location for a while.
