Sequence S - Bayonne

We had the luck to visit Bayonne at a special night. Chèf Sébastian Gréve organized a special night in his newly opened restaurant Sequence(s). An eight course surprise dinner with pairing cocktails made by a cocktail specialist Tommy. The result was awesome. All the eight courses were taste explosions. Only after we finished the dish and cocktail (after guessing), we were explained by the passionated staff and Tommy what we ate and drunk. And as surprise, the full menu was handed to us after we finished. What a night we had! This combination of food and paring cocktails should be repeated to let others enjoy this awesome experience! Very well done Sébastian and Tommy! Chapeau!!!

It's a shame the server leaves the door open! we have the feeling that he does it on purpose but during this time we really screwed up. the room manager seems very close to him, could she improve this defect?

Very good experience, we were able to test the tasting menu that I highly recommend and so taste a lot of delicious dishes. This restaurant offers a varied map and the servers are very pleasant. I strongly recommend this restaurant where it will be necessary to put the price.

As the only vegan with a group of 7 people, I expected a salad or vegetables, but they planted a whole dish for me with pasta, seasonal vegetables, walnut purée and beautiful mushrooms with vegan foam that I devoured.
