Golden Star - Beaverton

I dined with my family today, and we all agreed that we would rate the experience a 1. The BBQ chicken wings had good flavor, but they were tough and hard to chew. As for the chicken fried rice, it was lacking in seasoning and flavor.

The staff wasn't friendly, and the prices were high. I won't be returning, especially since they charge extra for a second tartar sauce.

The Cantonese chow mein, chicken with broccoli, and BBQ pork were all incredibly delicious and fresh.

Good food for canadian Chinese food. Complains about the parking next to it not being customers but has no dine in.

I don't like to be critical of any business during these difficult times but it was awful. Absolutely terrible. Sweet Sour chicken balls and lemon chicken weren't even edible. Hard and dry. So hard we threw them out after a few bites. It was quite unbelievable. The rest of the dishes could have been reheated from the Loblaw frozen food section. Certainly not restaurant quality. I hope they step up their game. Wow!
