Asian Legend - Beaverton

I've been to the Beaverton food carts quite a bit there's lots of variety there some great some Ookay and some just So so asian legend has never disappointed me I really like their Mongolian chicken the shrimp is good pretty much everything on the menu is really tasty and the portion sizes leave you feeling full the woman at the front is awesome she's always friendly as a beautiful smile and I hope you have a great experience there like I do happy eating

The kids reviewed Asian Legend for us (10 and 2). Our son Braedan, 10, is a s for Orange Chicken, but couldn 't find any, so he decided to try something new. Unbeknownst to him he chose Taiwanese food, and was super excited about the dumplings, and cheese wontons. Though he didn 't realize he got broth filled dumplings. The outcome was as I hoped for. He tried something new, and his eyes rolled back, he smiled, signed, and said OMG. His first experience with soup dumplings was a success!!! He gave a very clear 5/5, as did Reylah our 2 year old. She was slurping the soup out of the dumpling, and so excited to be able to drink a soup, out of a food she got to eat. Kid Tested, Kid approved!

Good Taiwanese friend chicken rice with good seasoning, lots of item on the menu . Very good

Pork buns: Dry buns, meat was mostly just fat sliced into one thick slab. First bite I had to spit out because I couldn’t chew through the rubbery fat. Very disappointed.

I was eager to try this food cart, but unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations. The handmade pork Xiao Long Bao was overly doughy and thick, and there wasn't enough soup inside. The Taiwanese minced pork over rice was tasty, but it could have benefited from more pickled vegetables for a nice tang. I enjoyed mixing the string beans into the minced pork rice, which added some good flavor. Overall, while everything was decent, nothing really stood out as exceptional. On the bright side, the service was quick, and the seating area was clean and charming.
