Feedback gevenMuddy water near the counter. 5 to 6 employees (all) float around the drive window. jaw jacking! a chef was bringing a burger into the counter I accept (probably my slipped and dropped the food. She threw it away. in the inner was something dirty. not even comment that look when working on women, just let them say (not good.) when I return, it will drive you. the burger was ok. usually really good.
Food was good and the service was quick. I used the app and I didn't have to wait long.
Horrible experience. This is my third and final purchase at the Wendy's in Bedford. First two orders were wrong through the drive-thru. The third time, I ordered one extra small frosty, and when I drove up, the manager indicated that I didn't order it, after noticing that the frosty wasn't received. After frustration, I left, went home and noticed that I was still charged for the frosty...NEVER AGAIN...
Hey Wendy. If you're going to advertise an open dining room....... maybe make sure the dining rooms open. The least you could do is put a sign in the window saying the dining room is closed. It's a pain to get the kids out of the car seats in the cold just to walk back for nothing.
Should have gone to McDonalds! My cheeseburger at 3:00 was so stale it had to have been a leftover from lunch. French fries were Luke warm and limp. Never again!
