I am a food supplier, and I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I waited half an hour for my order, and the staff was quite slow and unhelpful. When I inquired about my order, they didn’t respond. Overall, it was a very unsatisfactory experience.

Nando's, you really need to reconsider the Belridge location. The service is the worst I've ever experienced. Every time I place an order through the app, there are issues, and my order seems to end up mixed up. The staff is clearly not trained well.

I was nearly ready to stop going to this Nando’s. The wait time to place an order and then discover there's a 30-minute wait for the food is just absurd. Even during the height of COVID, when the restaurant was packed, it was more pleasant. Unfortunately, even McDonald's is starting to look appealing—at least their staff are polite.

As a regular I find that this store always has good service, a nice atmosphere and generous portion sizes. Very welcoming!!
