Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Belle Plaine

I have to say, my experience at Dairy Queen surpassed my expectations! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I ordered a basket meal along with a Blizzard, and they thoughtfully asked if I wanted the Blizzard right away or after my meal. The burger I had was definitely one of the best I’ve tasted from a fast food restaurant. The onion rings were just right, and the Blizzard made for the perfect dessert.

This evening, between 7:30 and 8:00 PM, I took my kids to the Dairy Queen in Belleplain. First, the outside light was off, which I had to point out to them. We ordered both food and ice cream. I understand that things can get hectic in the food industry, and the food aspect of our order was perfectly fine. However, the ice cream was a different story; by the time we got home, it was completely melted—almost as runny as a milkshake. Having previously worked at both DQ and DQ Grill & Chill, I know the importance of serving ice cream that is thick and not runny. Ideally, you should be able to turn the cup upside down for a moment without the ice cream spilling out. I wasn't paying attention at the time, so I didn’t call to complain. In the end, I’ve decided that spending $50 at DQ just isn’t worth it.

Everything was perfect! They got my plain cheeseburger right, and my frozen hot chocolate was spot on too! It's surprising how often those small details can be missed, no matter where I dine!

Had a great experience very friendly staff. Skylar was smiling and our food came fast and hot.

We put our order in 1 large and 1 med. TWIST cones. We waited 15 MINUTES behind someone who had ordered food. I kept looking at the 2 parking spots marked for drive up, and wondered why they didn't have him pull into one while his order was being made.When we finally got up to the window the server gave me the large cone 1st and we waited another minutes before he gave me themed. cone. We ordered TWIST CONES neither were TWIST. Also they were both the same size, the only difference was the large conewas a bigger vessel, it had the same amount of ice cream in both. I held them up along side of each other and the large cone hadless ice cream in it. Also the ice cream was so soft that we could almost could've taken a straw and drank it from the cone.
