Copper Fire - Belleville

The food was awesome. It simply was slow service. Honestly had no idea who worked there. Casual wear is fine for staff but how about a name tag? Live music was good too

We decided to try them out for the first time last night. They had a sign saying seat yourself and there was plenty of space inside, but my husband and I wanted to sit out on the empty patio. They cheerfully accommodated this. There was live musicinside that we could still hear and enjoy. The server was friendly and we were very pleased. The food was delicious. We triedthe house dry rub wings which were very tasty. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his meatball sandwich and raved about the sweetpotato fries. I had the short rib sandwich with a side house salad and it was excellent. my husband also tried a signaturecocktail and it was yummy. We will definitely be back again.

8/21 I hate to seem like a negative Nancy, but I unfortunately was disappointed again. I really really wanted a BLT. which is $14 here. I asked no cheese no mayo. Was expecting a whole lot more. But I got toast with bacon and lettuce. 2 small slices oftomato that you could barely see/taste. All of the fries were hard and overcooked. When the waitress (who was awesome checkedin I expressed this all to her. I was already half way through my sandwich as there wasn't much to it. She did bring me moretomato but I was practically done. I felt the bacon wasn't crispy enough for a blt. I spent more time chewing the bacon thenanything. She also brought us fries which were much better. I also had the Gloria and felt all I tasted was the blue curaquo.For $54 I was hoping for more. This was my favorite place to go. Yummy panini. But now that i have tried a few more foods, imnot su re how I feel.

Love everything about this place. They are always making improvements and trying new things. The food is always delicious. The employees are happy to serve you. The bands are always fun. A cornerstone of the Downtown Belleville scene.

Eating was fantastic service was extraordinary! we were so full, we have dessert to go! Restaurants bars are absolutely beautiful! highly recommended!
