Ashley's Cafe Sweets - Benton

I needed a gift card to friends in Benton, and I don't live. The manager repaired his website so I could order some and then send them to me. Then I sent them to my friends with a good card. It worked perfectly, and I can't say enough about how helpful he was. Thanks Ashley?

Coffee stopped. Gal, taking the order was so sweet and friendly. You can say she was new and really tried. But... the Gal with the glasses and texas shirt must go!!! So rude and worst attitude!! New sweet girl asked if rude girl would help her make a Quesadilla and she apartment said no and went away!! Who does that? Then my daughter asked what she wanted in her coffee (that was on the order) was also completely rude. We have our coffees and are gone. We're not going back when texas's girls work. As a small entrepreneur, this breaks my heart. Coffee was delicious, candy looked amazing. 2 other workers very nice. Bad apple has to go. Didn't she get cute?

The building and food is (usually) great but the service is not. The service was great in 2020 but ever since then, it has gone down hill. We rarely go here now due to the service. When we do go, it's to see if Ashley's has improved. It hasn't. Our food is burnt, the servers are ALWAYS rude, and service is slow. Honesty, we usually wouldn't mind the slow service but combined with rude employees- it's just not a great combination. I feel for this small business, they are having a hard time with Covid. Very little supplies are available and finding people to work are few and far between. I'm just tired of the two years of bad service.
